James Inabinet, PhD.

Coordinator. Moved onto the site at La Terre in 1990. Built house while engaging in nature research inspired primarily by primal world views and deep ecology, seeking what it means to be fully human; seeking what it would be like to create a human niche (a milieu within which humans and their non-human neighbors might thrive) by becoming intimate with this place.
Completed Masters of Arts in Earth Literacy (St. Mary of the Woods College, Terre Haute, IN) in 2006.
Moved research locus to California to study various cosmologies, seeking aspects that might serve to coherently describe and explain the successful results of nature research.
Completed doctorate in Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2011.
Post doctoral research resumes at La Terre, to further the nature research, to articulate connections congruent to the mission of La Terre Integral Center, and teach.
